The upcoming pupil free day, presents an opportunity for swimmers to get some extra work done in the pool.

Friday 3-September (MBC pupil-free day)
Swimmers in SENIOR or INTERMEDIATE quads are invited to attend.

| 9:15am | Walk to Banter Café | Athletes order take away breakfast (self-funded) |
| 9:30am | Walk back to MBC | Athletes eat Breakfast |
| 10:00-11:00am | Dry-Land Testing | Variety of testing with Liam |
| 11:30am-12:30pm | Swim Session | Normal Session |
| 12:45pm | Pick-up |
