Kindly inform all attending families that we will be hosting a delicious BBQ including home-made baked items and drinks.  As this Meet is a closed event, with limited parents able to attend, we will be running our BBQ via a pre-order link.

You will notice, we have organised several cost saving BBQ Bundles, which were definitely popular at our last Meet.

So important information to note is: 

• BBQ Pre-ordered items will be prioritised over food purchased on the day. Please note only limited items will be cooked outside of the pre-ordered items so we would therefore encourage you to order on-line;

• Kids can collect their pre-paid orders at any time during the Meet from our BBQ Counter;

• Pre-Orders will be closed off at midday on Saturday, 6 February;
