Please note the changes to the format of the carnival below

1. Heads of House will still be required to submit relay teams
2. Heads of House will still be required to nominate up to 4 people (per house) to participate in the OPEN 200m Freestyle
3. Heads of House will still be required to nominate up to 4 people (per house) to participate in the OPEN 200m Individual Medley
4. Students will be required to complete their own entries via specific links below
5. Heads of House may still want a paper nomination sheet to use as a working draft. You may download it here.
